Brett Hartman, a third-generation real estate professional with a rich 20-year history in residential real estate, has recently assumed the role of Sales Manager at Corcoran Prestige Realty. His journey has come full circle as he steps into this new position in the same building where he launched his real estate career two decades ago.

Brett’s venture into real estate began with marketing and web design, where he utilized his creative skills to generate innovative marketing materials for agents. His career trajectory then shifted towards becoming an agent, a role that allowed him to engage directly with clients and gain a deeper understanding of their needs. However, it was in administrative roles that Brett discovered his true passion – helping agents unlock their potential and achieve growth.

Throughout his career, Brett has been deeply involved with the community, a commitment he is excited to continue in his new role at Corcoran Prestige Realty. He looks forward to future Corcoran events where he can further engage with the community and contribute to its growth and development.

Born and raised in the Houston Inner Loop, Brett’s connection to the area is not just professional but deeply personal. He continues to reside in the neighborhood, just down the street from his new office at 2000 Ella Blvd. This intimate knowledge of the local community adds a unique layer to his understanding of the real estate market.
