About Eduardo Gracia

Eduardo Gracia is an energetic, driven real estate professional who brings a strong sense of teamwork, creativity, and local expertise to every client relationship. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Houston, Eduardo has deep roots in the city he proudly calls home.

Real estate has always been part of Eduardo’s life. His father was a realtor, and from a young age Eduardo was exposed to the business—helping identify fix-and-flip opportunities and seeing firsthand how rewarding it can be to work in communities you truly know. That early experience, combined with his deep knowledge of Houston, made real estate a natural and exciting career path.

Eduardo is a graduate of Marine Military Academy and the University of Houston, and he has a strong passion for entrepreneurship, real estate development, and helping Houston families build long-term wealth through smart real estate decisions. He believes the sky is the limit when creativity, discipline, and a positive mindset come together.

Known for his ability to know when to listen and when to speak, Eduardo focuses on building genuine relationships and guiding clients with thoughtful advice grounded in experience. His approach is strategic, people-focused, and always centered on delivering value.

Outside of real estate, Eduardo enjoys spending time with animals—especially dogs—exploring nature, traveling, riding motorcycles, and working toward earning his private pilot’s license. You’ll most likely find him at Hermann Park, visiting Houston’s museums, or in his garage working on his motorcycles. And as an added bonus, he’s also a great dog-sitter.
