Lynn Wells holds a distinction only true native Houstonians can fully appreciate—she is a second-generation “Inner Looper.” Raised in Bellaire and having owned homes in The Heights, Montrose, Rice Military, Walden on Lake Conroe, and now once again in Bellaire, Lynn offers deep, firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods she proudly serves. Houston isn’t just where she works—it’s the city she loves and represents with pride.

With more than a decade of experience as a luxury retail store manager, Lynn cultivated an impeccable sense of style, exceptional customer service skills, and a refined, client-first approach that she now brings to real estate. She is known for being tenacious, hardworking, honest, and solutions-oriented—always focused on helping her clients find the right fit, not just a house.

A graduate of Bellaire High School, Lynn earned her Bachelor of Science in History, graduating cum laude from the University of Houston. She is a devoted single mother to energetic boy-and-girl twins and remains deeply connected to her family in the Bellaire community.
