About Julia Alexander

Julia’s motto is that the sky can’t possibly be the limit, because there are footprints on the moon. She believes learning is a lifelong journey, and finds it fundamental to stay ahead of the game.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, vast international experience in the hospitality industry, and a background as the owner/operator of a successful flooring store, Julia’s skill set is ahead of the game. She’s fluent in Russian and English, and has mounting experience working with people from all walks of life.

Spending ample time in industries directly related to disseminating and nurturing the needs of others, Julia can harness her experience and abilities to ensure her clients are always well taken care of. Best known as a hardworking and tenacious problem solver with a knack for listening to and prioritizing needs, Julia dedicates herself to going above and beyond for her clients. She is driven by the experience, her skillsets and inherent qualities allow her to provide for others, and she feels privileged to be able to guide them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

“I love being able to help my clients actualize their dreams,” she says. “I’ve always been passionate about helping people, and have tried to connect that passion to my work in all that I’ve done. I know the decision to buy or sell a home is a life-changing one, so I’m grateful to be able to support and educate my clients through the process.”

In addition to her love for people and the industry, Julia is passionate about the lifelong pursuit of learning and experiencing new things. Whether picking up a new hobby or subject of study, or jet-setting across the globe to engulf herself in different cultures and cuisines, Julia understands that the most important part of life is living.
