All kinds of leads. Zillow, our own listings, HAR, and a few sources most agents have never heard of. They come in every week, and some weeks there are more than there are people to work them. We need agents who will. One of us calls you back the same day. No pitch. We'll show you the sheet.
You got your license and found out the job is really five jobs. Marketing, lead generation, contracts, negotiating, and learning all of it alone on YouTube. That's too many jobs at once. We take half of it away.
What you do here is work leads with people around you. A coach in the room. Role play every week, out loud, with feedback. Hands-on training, and coaching through every step of the process.
It's a training for you and a tryout for us. We're picky about who we bring on, because the culture is the product.
You're hungry and you'll treat this like a job. You answer the phone. You can take a correction and use it. You'd rather have too many leads than too few. You have an active Texas license, or you're about to. Brand new or twenty years in, both are fine.
Not for you if you want to work when you feel like it, you'd rather make content than call a lead back, or you're looking for a place that will leave you alone.
Somebody on our team calls or texts you, usually within the hour during business hours.
If it sounds right, you come sit down at the office on Ella for thirty minutes. Not a pitch. You'll see the actual lead sheet, feel the energy in the office, and do a short role play so you see how we coach.
You meet a couple of our agents with nobody from leadership in the room, and you ask them anything.
If it feels right for both of us, you join us.
Yes, and we'll show you the assignment sheet in the first meeting. Every recruiter says they have leads. Almost none of them will open the book.
The first month is heavy on office mornings, because that's where the coaching happens, and then it tapers. That's the honest answer.
No. We have agents who came in with twenty years and agents who came in with a fresh license. What we need is somebody who will work.
