About Sulma Segovia

Sulma Segovia brings a unique blend of creativity, ambition, and relational skills to the world of real estate. A graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business, Sulma spent nine years in the tech industry, honing her skills at some of the world’s most innovative companies, including a six-year tenure at Google. During her time in tech, she excelled in building and scaling teams, managing strategic operations, and leading programs with a focus on Augmented Reality, Stadia, and other cutting-edge projects. In January 2023 Sulma took time to travel, reconnect with family, and focus on her health. It was during this period of reflection that she discovered her passion for real estate. Drawn to the idea of leveraging her entrepreneurial spirit and escaping the corporate grind, Sulma realized she had a wealth of transferable skills that would serve her well in the real estate industry.

 

Sulma is passionate about connecting with people and building trusting relationships. She thrives as a consultative thought partner, enjoys collaborating on complex problems, and excels at thinking outside the box to create unconventional solutions. Her organizational prowess allows her to manage multiple projects with efficiency and precision. Outside of work, Sulma is passionate about personal growth, giving back, and staying active—whether through Bible study, exploring new hobbies like pickleball or tennis, or traveling the world solo. She’s a firm believer in living life to the fullest and embraces new experiences with an open mind and heart.
